Please read to avoid a disaster. Spend your money at a place where you feel welcome and there are courteous staff members that are eager to greet and assist you. In my opinion they should get the management together and retrain the staff so they can hire quality people and try to rectify some issues. This salon is lacking in so many areas and I hope that they will not stay in business long with their current situation. I was greeted by the receptionist with an attitude and then she just said yes out loud. I kept waiting for the ""how can I help you"" to follow. Then, I got the world's worst haircut. I repeat do not make the same mistake.
