Went to Zake with a group of 15 friends. Service was AWFUL. Obviously the waitress decided that since they were including 18% gratuity to our tab, she was not going to work hard. She took two of our orders and then walked away. She messed up one order and blamed us for it, and because we all ordered at different times we all ate at different times.
The food was good, and the bar was great, but I will never be eating (or drinking) at Zake again.
Pros: Bar Menu, Sushi is ok
Cons: Service, large groups are treated badly.
