We were planning a girls night out with about 7 of us, so I called to see if we needed reservations. I was told no and that the wait would only be about 30 minutes. Upon arrival, we were told that there were 2 parties of 30 ahead of us and it would take 45 minutes to an hour, which was fine because we found a table in the lounge area. We had a round of drinks and asked again about the table since it had now been over an hour. Of course, we were told that we were next on the list. We saw about 5 other tables get sat with 2 or few people at them and questioned the manager about our table for a third time, we were told that they don't put tables together! After waiting 2 hours with no table in sight, I again approached the manager who just shrugged it off. We didn't get comped for our drinks and never got a piece of sushi!!! Upon leaving I found out that the Atami sushi restaurant in Katy is also managed by the same guy, which is unfortunate for them because I live in Katy and eat sushi about 3 times a week. Needless to say, I won't be going to either restaurant again, nor will any of my friends.
