A while back I went here- my friends took me as a birthday gift to have my haircolor lightened. Despite my repeatedly saying that my hair was fine and therefore, fragile, the stylist let the bleach sit in my hair. He was busy with other people the entire time. His assistant kept telling him that I was done and that my hair was lising elasticity, but he didn't listen. By the time he washed the bleach out, I had to have 5 inches cut of my hair, it broke when he brushed it, so he sent me out with damp, pink, short, fried hair...and charged my friends a lot of cash. Beware!
