As some of the reviews have mentioned, Alexander does have a decent selection of MINIs (but so do other MINI dealerships). I will also testify to other reviews about the horrible shopping and service experience. I bought a new MINI and their sales practice was very shady. Their finance department was even shadier. Make sure they disclose everything to you because they will move over very quickly some key parts of the contract ? I only found out after I went home with the car ? which was too late. Also, perhaps their philosophy is to sell to first time customers and not care about customer retentions or repeat business because after the sale, they did nothing to want me to bring my car back for service (even when is free warranty service). Their MINI service guy is rude and very unprofessional. Where does their attitude come from? It?s not like MINI is the ?hot? car that it used to be a few years back.
