This place has horrible prices, horrible food and above all horrible service. I ordered 3 different sandwiches and when I received them the bread was completely soggy and the fries were burnt and clumped together.. it was absolutely disgusting. 3 sandwiches alone cost me near $60 and I was extremely upset with my dining experience. I explained my displeasure with the manager on duty and he was very understanding and told me that he would have a gift certificate for $60 waiting for me in the main office. I then went to recieve the certificate and not to my suprise the gift certifcate was not waiting for me. The general manager then took it into her hands to let me know that my dissatisfaction with their business was purely my fault due to ""personal taste"". I could care less about $60, but the way I was treated furiates me! I do not believe a succesful business can carry on with the customer service that I recieved from Katz's deli. Their food is gross and their managers are completely disrespectful and uncaring.
Pros: open 24 hours
Cons: service is horrible and so is the food.
