Thought I reserved enough room(s) for eight individuals, Instead given single room that quite possibly slept 4. Eventually moved to room with absolutely no privacy in bathroom area. Requested roll-away bed, told unavailable. One individual eneded up sleeping on floor. Second night requested roll-away bed, again told unavailable. 5 individuals slept at relatives house on second night. Tried to work out situation with Hotel staff, very understand person, however nothing has been resolved, phone calls and/or emails not returned.
