After this cleaning, I will not go back to a steam cleaner. Our technician and his wife were prompt and courteous. They explained everything well and the carpets turned out great. The stains from our animals are all gone, and on white carpets that is a very good thing. The process is great, no need to worry about water that the steam cleaners don't remove and keeping off the carpets. The only down side, is that it seems to take longer for the cleaner bu the job that was done was VERY worth the wait. Good job and I would use Carpet Dry Clean again. \r
