I was satisfied with the service. They were able to get out quickly and they did follow up to see that I was satisfied. When I originally called they trumpeted that they had so many more reviews on Citysearch than the other companies. I now know why: they offer you a $10 rebate to do this, which is the only reason I am posting here. I was satisfied enough with the service, but they are expensive and I still have areas that dont look that much different than before. Some stains were not able to be removed, but they were upfront about that. The crew that came out were really nice and overall I would give them a postive rating... I would just not feel strongly enough about them to post without the promise of a $10 rebate!
