Prompt and courteous. Explained everything well and the carpets turned out great. The stains from previous home owner's animals are all gone, and on white carpets that is a very good thing. We were going to replace the carpets, but that is no longer necessary. The only down side, is that quite a bit of residue was left behind that came up in my vacuum cleaner, but it only took one good cleaning session to get it up. I'm very pleased with the results and they smell so much better. Good job and I would use Carpet Dry Clean again.
