Received a call prior to technicians coming to home. They were very courteous. Took about 2.5 hours to clean my carpet--I have berber which apparently is very difficult to clean. Carpet looks much better than it did before, it isn't brand new again but it is definitely much brighter and most of the stains came out, all of them are at least faded. Overall they did a wonderful job and I will recommend them to my friends.
