I worked my way through college waiting tables, so I truly understand how difficult this job is, and what a testy/picky customer can be like. However, I have never been treated so poorly in any food establishment. I am willing to make excuses for a waitstaff that is having trouble getting food/drinks to the table, and it's not their fault when food is done poorly, but I CAN blame them when they are condescending and rude no matter how polite and undemanding a customer you are trying to be. They are not just awful servers, they also simply do not care. The food in this establishment is fair, wonderful pita bread, but even if every bite was the best food I'd ever eaten, I would never visit here again. It's truly a shame. My ""second family"" since I was 11 is Arabic, and they would be deeply ashamed if a member of their family treated a guest (even an unwanted one) the way a paying customer is treated at Ararat. Therefore I cannot remotely call it an authentic experience.
