This company came out to fix our sprinkler system one day. The zone was staying on all the time, flooding the grass. They replaced the vavle and it seemed to fix the problem. I had no problems with this company at this time.\r

I called the company to come back out and fix it. I had to call 3 time to get anyone to call me back. When someone did call back, they said they did not know when they would be able to come out again since they were so busy. I told them that my grass needed to be watered since it was dying off and I needed the problem fixed.\r

I called several times to try and get a committment date for them to come back out. I was then told that I would have to pay again to have the system fixed again, since ""they do not guarantee their work."" (actual quote). This was for the same repair!\r

Over a week passed since first talking to them. On this day I was frustrated to see my grass dying and their unwillingness to come back out. I called and told the secretary that I was going to get this fixed by another company and would be sending them the bill.\r

Well, then I get a voicemail from the owner. The voicemail said this ""...you are not going to call and be rude to my secretary or you will have a lot more problems than a broken sprinkler..."" I was threatened by the owner of the company. Unbelievable.
Pros: Initailly good service and polite technician
Cons: Once you have paid, they don't want to come back
