Nobu was the one of the best dining experiences ever. I live in NY and have been to many fine restaurants here, as well as in Vegas, and Nobu was great. We were a party of 5 and they accomodated us quickly (we had a reservation). The waiter, Alex, was so nice and knowledgable. He recommeded dishes for us and every one was excellent. We even let him pick one out and bring it to us which was probably the best one, wish I could remember what it was! Anybody who gave this a bad review or complained about their 'rolls'...don't listen to them. You don't go to Nobu for rolls. Granted we got two different rolls to try, but that was along with a whole bunch of other dishes. If you're not willing to try the real dishes they offer then go to Sushi Express on the corner and get a california roll. And as far as people complaining about the rude people, I just didn't see it, from the hostess to the waiter to all the other people who helped out, everyone was nice and friendly.
Pros: food, food, food
Cons: I almost want to say expensive, but so worth it that it shouldn't be an issue
