I was employed at Cedars and I found the above review stupid. The manager was demanding, but which boss isn't. We were always told to put customers first and that was our priority. The food is good and different. I don't remember seeing any insects running around, but with any place with food that is possible. We were not given tips, but we were paid well. With over 3 people serving each table, if we split tips we would only end up with $1 - $1.50 per table. No, thanks I like to be guaranteed a certain amount each week.
