Bad Service! I would have to agree with the person that wrote ""A Dump"" Although, my 3 kids did enjoy painting and picking out their piece, and that is important, but the service, if you want to call it that, was ridiculous. I experienced the same things. Teenagers that did not greet us nor did they tell us what we were suppose to do. We just sat down and tried to figure out what we were doing. At check out the young girl told me our 3 pieces would be ready before our departure on Sunday afternoon. When I went on Sunday to pick them up, the shop was closed! The hours of operation said that someone should have been there, but there wasn't. I spoke with a store owner next door and this seemed to be a COMON occurance. I left my name and address with him and a message on the machine at the store. I did get a call back from the owner herself and she said that her employee had gotten ""grounded"" and therefore could not come in to work. I paid close to $70 for 3 small pieces that I may or may not ever see. The kids were very disappointed that they did not get their artwork. The Art Cafe seems to be very loosely ran and in need of good help! It is a great idea not being executed very well.
