One of the best restaurants that I've ever been to is Harpoon Henry's. From Seafood to Steak, the food is excellent. The ambience is great. There's low lighting, not noisy, and no matter where you sit in the restaurant, the view of the harbor is spectacular. On certain days, you'll also fine a live band in the lounge. The cost per dish is about $20~$30, so the price is decent for a restaurnt next to the coast. Also the service is stupendous. They's very kind, friendly, and make great recommendations. \r
Maybe I went off season but there didn't seem to be a lot of people there, which made it more perfect. Harpoon Henry's is a diamond in the rough.
