When I called the salon to book a consultation I asked for someone who was good with long hair, now that my mane had finally grown back. I hadn't had my hair cut in over 2 years, the result of a disastrous encounter with a fresh beauty school grad who's zealous enthusiasm with the scissors left me weeping. I can't tell you how nervous I was the first time I sat down for a consultation with Lindsay. But 15 minutes of calm conversation soothed my nerves and I decided to book an appointment for the next week. By that time I had psyched myself up for anything, but once again Lindsay's calm manner put me at ease as she carefully snipped my ""fine but plentiful hair"" into a fabulous cut. It was SO good, in fact, that every stage of it looked better than the last. I didn't need to see her again for over 9 months! But I just returned from a fresh Lindsay cut and I can confirm that I am once again gorgeous. Lindsay has a real rock star look going for her but without one speck of ego or drama. Some of the other hairstylists at Seven should take attitude lessons from her! She is the reason I rate Seven so highly. (Now if only they would turn down the music a little...)
Pros: Lindsay's low-key manner and skilled snipping.
Cons: The music volume is too high, especially on a busy day!
