The food here was cheap (3 ate lunch for $25) and the service was good. It is definitely a dumpy hole-in-the-wall restaurant, but the food is worth it. The cold rolls (goi coun) were fresh. The peanut sauce was not that great, but it probably would have been better if we had added some hot sauce. The Pho was not greasy and was served with fresh condiments. I had the tofu which was crisp on the outside without being greasy and the sauce was spicy and flavorful.
Pros: Spicy tofu
