It was first suggested to me by my family to take my car to this Pep Boys a few years ago. Since my dad is very particular about service and who he trusts his vehicles with, I took the suggestion. I had some minor maintenance done on one of my vehicles and tires replaced.
Pros: easy-to-find location
Cons: Read my review! Overall, underqualified service technicians are allowed to "work" on your vehicle and stick you with the bill!!
