My husband and I ate here on October 6 to celebrate his birthday. The waiter spilled a beer all over my head/neck and cashmere sweater. While the restaurant was quick to clean it up, we got ZERO compensation for this incident. They did not even offer the beer that they spilled to us for free. We spent well over $200 for our meal (which was pretty good) and they offered us nothing. WE WILL NEVER DINE HERE AGAIN and we would like to let everyone know that David Burke cannot be bothered with great customer service. I experience better customer service at Chili's or other chain restaurants. Extremely disappointing.
Pros: Food was above average
Cons: Service was very disappointing. No knowledge of what good customer service is all about. What a shame.
