Pml should be banned from organizing travel in Europe. They are totally out of their league. Our group of senior citizens received last minute date and flight changes to Barcelona, Spain. We were palced in a suburb with a 35 Euro cab ride to the city and saw NOTHING. Our trip was supposed to give us 2 days in Barcelona before boarding a cruise ship. In stead we had one day stuck in an inferior hotel. PML did nothing to to insure that we had an English speaking person meet us at the airport. The bus driver drove us around Barcelona for 2 hours and we had no idea what were seeing. NO guide: NO English speaking bus driver! We endured the same upon leaving the ship because no one was there as we disembarked; consequently we boarded the wrong bus and were driven back to the same crumby hotel and charged 480 euros because the bus was not supposed to take us there at that time. PML left no emergency number to call on a Sunday, did not account for time zone differences and blended our Massachusetts group with a group from South Carolina.This group had members in their 80's and we were not supposed to have handle luggage. Members struggled at the hotel, unloading and loading themselves on two separtate occassions. Compaints to PML went unheeded and they refused to positively respond to compaints upon return to USA. Run to any other travel agency than PML. Their service is horrible.
