I was excited to try Flying Pie in Seattle, knowing it from Portland, but was disappointed by what's been done in Issaquah. After waiting over an hour for our two pizzas, what we got wasn't even what we ordered. In addition, the toppings were heavy and the crust bland and a little soggy. The kitchen seems oriented toward take-out speed, not to the dining room. I would never go back here.
