When my car broke down while visiting family and friends in Portland I was referred to this shop. What a godsend, they examined my vehicle and when they found the problem they called me with their diagnosis which they explained in detail on a level even I could understand. They also presented me with a few different options each fully explained with an estimate of my costs thus allowing me to choose which one worked best for me. I have never experienced this level of service from an auto repair facility before and would highly recommend them to everyone.
