It's true. While I enjoy the convenience of a hamburger and fries delivered to my home, the cold greasy lumps you get after waiting for a couple of hours (and we're two miles away!) makes it hardly worth the trouble. Our latest experience: We call, place order for delivery, wait two hours, call back, are told that they don't deliver to our house, even though they have delivered here before. We use Bank of America and therefore can see that they've already charged our visa. We ask them to reverse the charges. Instead, they charge our credit card again! It takes multiple phone calls to get the problem solved, and we never even got an apology. Try this place at your own risk.
