Our entire bridal party thought this place was wonderful when we ordered our dress. They were helpful and patient. We even called the manager to let her know that her staff was amazing. But the nightmare begain AFTER we paid for the deposit of the dress. They pushed for rush order (extra cost per dress) even though the wedding was more then 3 months away, which we agreed to so we dont have to 'stress' about when it arrives. We started calling them 3 weeks prior to the wedding wondering the when the dress will be in. They said it wasnt. One bridesmaid even showed up at the store to see if it was in before she left for a 2 week out of the country trip but they said it wasnt in. BUT when the 2nd bridesmaid showed up on the same day 2 hours later, they found all of the dress. (it turned out the dress has been in the store for over a week). So much for RUSH ORDER. And the sizing was HORRIBLE!!!. Some were 2 sizes too big that cost over 100 to taylor it to the right size and some were too short!!! BUT it was too late to reorder! AND DONT GO with the tailor at their store! She was horrible! She tailored one dress from 2 sizes to big to a size that the bridesmaid couldnt breath in. Then her comment was 'well, you dont want to to fall down do you? "" I dont know how bridal shops are able to treat wedding parties so horrible after they got their money :( Its a wonderful special occasion for the bride and it shouldnt be such a bad experience...
