Cooking Accomplished is new, so I went in the store to see what it was all about. What a neat place. It is primarily a meal assembly business, but also offers cooking classes and in house parties. The store is warm and cozy. I signed up on the spot to come in and make meals in one of the next day's session. When I came in the next evening, the owner greeted me, offered me a taste of a menu item she was testing for next month and a cool drink. I washed my hands, put on an apron and got to work. In about an hour, I had prepared six meals that I knew would be good because of the way the way the ingredients looked, all stuff that I would like to prepare meals with if I had the time. I took the meals home and froze them. They were all delicious, but my favorite was the Alaska sole mediterranean. It was a fish dish that took a few minutes of prep at home but tasted like it came from a really good restaurant. I will definitely be back.
Pros: really nice ambience
