Browsing for a one bedroom in seattle is pricey, and this place has a great price, great location to a park and bus line, but the managers are the worst managers i've ever had, out of 4 apartments! I had been a good tenant for over a year, and when it came time to move out, i gave them my 20 day notice (well 19 since the 20 day mark was a sunday) and they would not let me move out since i had only give them 19 days instead of 20, even though the post-mark was for the thursday before hand! so i ended up having to stay an extra month. I also had terrible water damage that i called about and nothing was ever done until i assume i moved out. The managers are also incredibly unfriendly and do not really care that you are living there and giving them money every month because they are harsh and always have something wrong to come knocking at your door about in the event that they are actually there. There is also no outgoing mail box, which is kind of a pain. They are also unreliable about setting up your electricity. It says that you pay your electricity, which is very common, but when you do the lease signing, they'll say they'll take care of calling, etc, but never do, then let the bill pile up in their name instead. i do not recommend this place unless you do not want to ever have contact with the managers!
