I have been in the restaurant business for YEARS and really enjoy the whole experience. My girlfriend from work wanted to meet for lunch, she has an hour, like most 9am-5ers. I heard Serrattos had lunch now, so I thought it would make for a good experience. We were immediately greeted by the sweetest hostess, who had mentioned how nice we looked (big points!!) and offered us a private seat near a window. Our server took WAY to long to greet us, even longer to bring our drinks and we had to ask for bread and water! She was chatting with the table next to us about how she wanted to go to law school and how her job was so beneath her which was a little annoying. It took about an hour, which caused my friend to be late, but besides that, the food was delicious and (I assume) the owners/managers greeted us on our way out which was really nice. Overall good experience !
