Wax in the city promotes scheduling your appointment online. I received a confirmation number and when I showed up, my appointment was mysteriously not in their system, and ALL of their staff was booked for the remainder of the day. Since I was leaving the next day to see my boyfriend you could imagine my frustration. I will never return, nor would I recommend a salon with serious appointment problems.
