so the last person that wrote a review talked about some mickeymouse sweatshirt, and a not-so-great crowd... i'm not sure when they were there.... i was there on friday and had a blast! We started off showing up for a happy hour they had. didn't even realize it was to benefit the local YMCA. the fact that they support local nonprofits - totally awesome! We left around 9:30, it was busy and great music (happy hour prices lasted until 9pm!). went out for dinner and decided we wanted to go back and dance some more. we showed up close to midnight and found out that the cover was ONLY $5! where else in the city can you get in for $5?? (downtown!) again - thumbs up! Scotty fox and MCD rock. i like 80s, but they just rocked the house. and there was plenty of eye candy floating about the room. i must say - the place looks like it does in the pictures on the club, and the people look like the people in the pictures. it's real. the bartenders are down to earth, the place is great. they could work a bit on their air conditioning, but then again, no one's perfect. i rather have a chilled martini with great music and be a bit warm, then have a cool club, with a warm martini and blah music.... just my 2 cents! cellar people - i love you :)
