My dinner experience last Thursday at Pipa was memorable, and still lingers in my palate and mind thanks to the succulent tapas and the outstanding service provided by our server that night, an extremely professional and affable Spaniard. Pineapple mojitos to startoff, and a delightful Ribera to match the myriad of tapas that we ordered. The server and helpers seemed to be in perfect sync, and their sense of hospitality ( sadly, a rarity in NYC ) did create an overall cordial and festive atmosphere. Scallops, dates, croquettes and Paella were truly delicious.

Cons: make a reservation! gets really crowded!!
