I tried this cleaners several years ago, but my pants came back with several stains still on them. They ran them through again and got them out the second time. A lot of effort (driving) on my part due to their mistake. Tried them again recently, with five or six pieces. They missed several fairly obvious stains (that had even been marked with tape!), but I honestly do not know if the stains were not removed because I let them sit on the fabric for too long or just what. Entirely possible. The press job on the blouses was uniformly awful (pants were pressed okay). One cotton blouse looked like someone had slept in it when I got it back. I wasn't interested in running back and forth to get everything right, so I won't be using them again. Their prices are reasonable though and service has always been friendly.
