We went to Saddlepeak for the first time on New Year's Eve (early seating). The ambiance, food, and service were awesome; an incredible place for a romantic dinner. We had the sampler plate with elk, antelope, and buffalo. They were among the best tasting meat I've ever had. We shared the dessert sampler and I think they included more than were indicated on the menu because of the occasion. We took our own bottle of wine ($20 corkage), had two appetizers, two entres, dessert and coffee and the bill came to $180 with tax and tip. A little pricy, but well worth it. I especially appreciated the lack of jacked-up New Years Eve prices!! Will be back for sure.
Pros: romantic, unique menu, attentive service
Cons: a bit pricy
