I've had fitness trainers since I was a late teenager - TriD definitely has some of the best I've ever worked with! Very professional and really in tune with what my specific goals are (because they change, depending on the season etc) and how to meet them - no cookie cutter approaches. They've worked with me to build realistic and personalized meal plans. For the most part that's pretty consistent, but there are times when I need to switch it up and they will build it into my meal plan. I can't believe all the things I learned about on nutrition through them, because you go in thinking it's all about the work out only, but these people really know their stuff! I Anyway, there is so much value I get from going there. I've worked out all my life - but when I go in for my training sessions, I definitely feel and see the results and changes - than when I workout on my own. Plus, I need the motivation - and I get it when I come go there! They have an AWESOME team of trainers! THANK YOU ALL!!!
Pros: Talented and knowlegeable trainers, and the personal experience. Nice new facility. Plenty of parking.
Cons: not open Sundays
