I have given Avant several attempts. First time my mother and I went for a 1 hour facial. My mother received 45 minutes of her facial and that was it. My lady cleaned my pores with Qtips (no joke!!). I actually had breakouts from my facial. Second time I tried to schedule a brazilian wax. Tried calling the downtown and central location 3x each and no answer. Tried the northwest location and the manager was extremely rude and condescending. There are plenty of spas & salons that want your business and that will pay attn to you!
Cons: rush, pushy sales, rude & condescending
