I have to say that after having hoffmans highly recommended and making the trip from seattle to order a cake for a very special event that I will NEVER patronize or recommend this place to anyone.........the cake we ordered was a disaster the manager or ""head baker"" or whatever she was couldn't have been less helpful or more rude when we came in to talk to her about the way our 130.00 cake turned out. What a nightmare no wonder their customers are leaving in droves........if you want a bottom level cake and Service that is beyond horrible go ahead and use them, I will spread the word so others can avoid the ruined occasion that we had. How this place survives is a mystery.
