I've been going to PANYC for about two years now and have a great experience every time. Mary Lou does THE BEST highlights and is completely honest about what color will and will not work for you. I have had people stop me in the street and say they have been trying forever to get their color the same as mine. Paul cuts my hair (but everyone there is good) and gives the best blowouts afterwards. He will never cut too much or not enough and is very receptive to your concerns and ideas. Everyone there is so nice, well trained, professional and FUN!
