I took the ski shuttle from Paragon to Hunter Mtn. I'm a ski enthusiast and live in NYC. I used to keep a car in NYC and was able to ski wherever I wanted. I no longer have my ride so I decided to give Paragon's shuttle a try.
HUGE MISTAKE!
The staff were late, rude and incompetent. We left NYC almost an hour late (All passengers were seated on the bus waiting for them to get it together).
Once there, I had a great time.
The trip back was just as frustrating as the ride up. The late staff appeared to be intoxicated. ( Dude, it's ok to have a few beers at the lodge, but hey...we're waiting .....)
I'll definitely rent a car from now on and wont put up with the really poor attitudes of the staff, the unexplained delays and, worst of all, the frustration)
Cons: rude, incompetent, lateness
