We had a reservation, we asked for one of the best servers they had, Alex & Justin honored my request. We were celebrating my aunts birthday. Everything Started out nice, the server took our order, entrees took a little longer then usual, a little busy, I asked for Med-well to well - it came out med rare, that was OK, It took (no Lie) 45minutes for dessert & coffee. I been here at Chops a few times and this was the first time, Service and the whole dining experience wasn't that great.
We will try it again.
