After waiting for approximately 1.5 hours for my order, I called to cancel my order as it was approaching 11pm. When I called, the manager hung up on me when I told him that I was cancelling my order. Unfortunately, he failed to get my name until I called back. After reading other reviews for Burger Joe's, at other locations, apparently it is normal to encounter extra long delivery times, poor service & cold burgers/fries.
Cons: poor service, phone etiquette
