My adopted pup is afraid of EVERYONE. His first appointment was today with Branmar vets. The staff and the vet actually got down on the floor and spoke baby talk to get my dog Donovan to come in the room. He was petrified, but we got done the major things like shots. I was so relieved to find an animal office that understood not every animal is easy going. My poor pup was abused before I got himand it isn't always easy maintaining a calm environment for him. I am so happy to have found a vet I can count on.
