The little China Cafe, tucked away in a shopping center in North Austin, gets my vote for the best chinese food in Austin. Consistently excellent entrees include the Mongolian Lamb (an unusual, spicy dish) and the General Tso's Chicken (not on the menu but always available). Only caveat: they aren't good about allowing substitutions. Great bargain lunch menu with quick service.
