My whole family trains together, my husband, me and two kids ages 9 & 13. We LOVE it! The instructors are very caring and encouraging. I have seen huge improvements in my kids confidence at school and they are much more self-sufficient. I lost 15 pounds while learning to physically defend myself and releasing stress. The skills I developed to earn my Black Belt serve me in business as well as in life. I researched many schools before choosing this one. The quality of the curriculum and the teaching staff is outstanding. They are concerned with helping each student find his/her personal greatness. Kadan has a nurturing atmosphere and the instructors go above and beyond to help students achieve success.
