I had ordered a pizza elsewhere, and thought I'd pop in for a few pints while I waited the 20 minutes for the pizza to cook. Big mistake! I saw the surly waiter, the one I'd had the displeasure of being waited on before. I ordered two pints. Surly said I couldn't have two pints at once, it was against policy. So I said ok, I'll have one, drink it, then order another. At this point, the unthinkable happened: he said no. I'm getting one pint tonight, that's it. Mind you, I was stone cold sober. Either he thought I had been drinking already, and was the biggest idiot on the planet, or he was just the biggest jerk ever. The manager was no better.
If you want no more than one beer (unless they're feeling generous), come here. Otherwise, avoid the surly staff. You'll be glad you did.
