This ""bar"" is horrible. The drinks are weak and over priced. The bar was pretty empty (10 people on a Saturday night??) and the people who DO go certainly arn't the type you would want to talk to. They, however, were a step up from the severly lacking staff. The service at the Congress location is HORRIBLE! I've never seen slower bartenders in my life. It's like they don't WANT your tips or patronage. Avoid this place at all costs...your better off going to Taco Cabana and drinking crappy wine margaritas. The food is gross. I swear the steak fingers are frozen.
