I have practiced many different styles of yoga, and been to almost every studio in this city. I was almost sure Bikram was not my thing, until I went to Mission Yoga. The teachers here are amazing and inspire you to work hard without being overbearing. You can feel the love of yoga here. The studios are very Zen, the new Sun Room is gorgeous. All who want to learn yoga, practice yoga and become yogis are welcomed here. Mission Yoga is yoga for the people.
