I am a spa junkie and was so excited to try this spa out. Never again. The manager who also mans the front desk was rude and blatently unprofessional. She barely acknowledged my presence and in plain sight and ear shot of customers was talking negatively about other employees. I returned for a second time and it was the same. That is not a relaxing, enjoyable spa experience.
