My husband got me a gift certificate and I was really looking forward to a pampering pedicure. The quality of the pedicure was good but I wasn't greeted, I was ushered into a very nice little room for the pedicure but when she was done she just said, "okay, you're all set". I was told I could sit out in the lobby to dry and awkwardly carried my own shoes and had to sit out in the waiting/reception area with my foam sandals. What? For the price, I would've expected a little more pampering...maybe a cup of tea or at least a place to relax while my nails dried.
