I got my hair cut here several times while living in Fort Wayne. I was satisfied with the cut each time. I even did a dramatic change of going from shoulder-length hair to a pixie cut and was pleased with the results. There is constantly an instructor around to help the students, and one reviews your cut when they are done and may touch it up a little. When I was there it was only $6, and half price on Wednesdays. They also give half-price discounts to seminary students and their family any time.
